Join me on a 6:30 am early start as I head out on the famous DMZ tour, making stops at four iconic locations along the way!
STOP 1: Majang Lake Suspension BridgeWe kick things off with a walk across the stunning Majang Lake Suspension Bridge, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful start to the day.
STOP 2: Dora ObservatoryNext, we visit Dora Observatory, where we get a rare view across the border into North Korea. It’s an intense, surreal experience to witness this in person.
STOP 3: Imjingak Peace ParkAt Imjingak Peace Park, we explore monuments dedicated to the division of Korea and the hope for reunification, surrounded by a beautiful, reflective landscape.
STOP 4: 3rd Infiltration TunnelWe then descend into the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, a reminder of the tensions between the North and South. Walking through this tunnel is both eerie and fascinating!
After the DMZ, we head back to Seoul to catch the stunning night views from Seoul N Tower, and of course, no day in Korea is complete without grabbing some delicious street food at the night market before heading back to the hostel.
