Wow!! That’s crazy the last story Welby told, you really truly never know who is listening. I really love the passion for this episode. Breath of fresh air! 💯
I have seen many interviews with Welby, but you guys had some kind of synergy here. Thank you for bringing on Welby, because I am sure, that your former partner Greene, would've never considered it ! Brandon, please do a podcast on what exactly occured with your fallout with Greene. Your supporters, deserve to know, at least a general idea. Its only fair, that if people hv supported a fortune 500 company for 10 years and then the mgmt separated, tht we would want to know, the behind the scenes details......not just to be noisy, but to force me, to be a more analytical judgment of leaders of any stock or company and to make much better choices. Maybe you can also share with me, some tips for choosing business partners and what red flags, to never ignore. Thank you, so much
This is probably the best episode by far because Welby gave it real what it is really like behind the scenes.. I love the content from you Brandon and now Cam as well because you are both genuine, but nobody talks about the dark side and what it is really like. I have changed my thought process on how to begin my journey and hopefully make it even more successful now. Hearing someone give it like it “really is “ instead of just the highlights of success only on social media makes such a difference. The faux filters of success on social media get old and this was just what I needed to see the whole picture.. Brandon you and Cam rock and I will meet you two one day with my own story (not on podcast but over coffee in Maui one day soon)
Great episode. At the genesis, I was critiquing Welby but when he started talking about his approach on BRRR and buying houses using cash and HELOC; he won me over. Love his authenticity!
Love this! Welby's insights into the real estate market's challenges and rewards were eye-opening. I appreciate the reminder to focus on personal growth and resilience in this field. What really woke me up about this episode was your raw honesty about the challenges in real estate investing.
Great episode ! I haven’t watched this channel as much because it seemed to be more life and mindset stuff . This had some of it but I really enjoy the real estate centric interviews hearing other perspectives on how folks approach real estate etc . Keep them coming !
Awesome, Welby gets real! If I could provide one feedback to Brandon and Cam: Where possible, can you guys try to be more mindful of saying "love it" as a response to most things guests say? It comes off as trite.
29:58 - “I wouldn’t change anything, thank God! But what about the majority of the people?! You having people losing their entire life savings… and then those actions are generational. What about the people that are coming after them that are affected because mum and dad had this dream, or this goal, and as a parent, you don’t do it for you anymore?!… and especially, the market where we are at today, your children, you know the difficulty they’re gonna have?!” - Welby ❤
