Going from “thugs” to emphatic modest young men in a couple of days with only 2 guides with a group of 40 or so.. I don’t know any psychological method as effective. The path of Allah is truly best medicine for us all!

All my life I am alone , but when I see this my heart tells it is for me

I'm a Puerto Rican convert from U.S. the first time I seen the Kabbah I cried. I was trying my hardest not too but emotions can't be controlled in a place like that. I feel all these brothers and how real this is. I have been to Umrah many times after and don't cry. The first time is always the most special.

A brother said, BLOOD IS THICKER THAN WATER, BUT IMAN IS alot thicker than blood

Subhanallah this was emotional. I'm 27 and a revert to islam from london also. An I absolutely respect grown men crying from being able to do this Allahumma barek lahum. It really would be lovely if someone was doing this for revert sisters. Many of us come to the deen young. Marry have children and divorce due to marrying oppressors etc. An end up alone in the deen left with the children. So it would be nice to see some single mothers on this trip. That are holding it down with the little muslims we get left with. As we can only dream to take a trip like this without the children and work on our iman. Many many brothers are not paying for their children and the mothers are left providing for them and raising them so could never afford a trip like this. Just a long distance dream for us. So I would love to go onto one of these trips now my children are older In Shaa Allah. Would be great if you teamed up with sisters, doing a sisters dirt to deen also. As many sisters come from the hood. An I've seen many fall off and go back to jahillah with their muslim children which is sad. As it's not just them they take with them, it's the next generation. The mother is the first school for her child. So alot of care for the young and single mothers would be massively important in the ummah also. I like watching these ummah trips. I'm sure I could easily imagine what many where doing so can really relate to how they feel on those trips from jahillah to then. I hope they remain firm In Shaa Allah come back get jobs , marry and are strong shepherds of their families upon tawhid In Shaa Allah 👆 I really think also you need an aftercare programme in place for them. So arabic lessons , making sure they attend once a week and you keep a diary of their activity so you can see who needs more support staying steadfast etc. Getting them straight into tajweed classes etc is so important. So they've not got too much time on their hands if many arnt in jobs yet. That's when shaytan will creep in and make easy money on the road appealing. So like a workshop they can come apply for jobs. Fund them for interview clothes. See if you can get an Arabic teacher who will teach these brothers Fi'sabillah. As when they come back to miserable london. That in itself is a massive knock on iman.

If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah has united them. Certainly He is All-Mighty, All-Wise.
