Great video Bruce. I’ve started making fresh pasta when my food truck was down getting an engine rebuilt. It’s so much fun. I told my wife I should have built a bakery in the basement and not bought a food truck.
People's extra money is drying up. You can get away with charging a premium but if a customer perceives one mistake with their meal just one time, then the chances of them coming back probably gets cut in half. Especially in any city with lots of options. If you're in the lower end tier like a $9 sandwich, but that's a decent product your customers will give you a little more slack. But that's just my ignorant opinion.
I dream of a place like this. Fresh Italian oils, meat, pasta on and on. I'd be throwing Lemon cello drinks on the menu. If I had the money I'd invest to put these in upper income neighborhoods all over the North East. If I get out that way I'm going here.
If your food is excellent, you don’t need to do social media much. It should be used to remind people or to inform people.I think your time is better served making great quality products. I like the video because it shows how clean your place is.
