I find it funny how initially I can find that I’m not so into a chorus to then be completely proven wrong 10 min laters hahaha But it’s true that after watching the MV, I was still debating whether I liked the chorus or not and it is true that I found it to not be as immediately catchy as some of their past song but like I said in the video, I had a feeling things would progress and here I am, really enjoying the whole song! It still might not be my favourite of them but it doesn’t mean I cannot enjoy this one! I loved the instrumental with the whole city pop vibes, there’s something weirdly soothing about it, I also loved the lower voices during the verses and the contrast it has with the very high voices during the chorus! It creates a sense of stillness/calmness in the night, right before you’re hit with the excitement of the night if that makes sense. I’m really happy to see that the MV is a lot more full and has more substance then “Talk & talk” for example! I loved the colours, the gradient, the splash of colours at the end when they’re wearing all white!
Bottom line, the song is a grower in my opinion, the MV is a lot better than their last! They look gorgeous as always and sound as good as ever, though I was surprised by the lower voices! Good good!

that was DEFINETLY a whistle sound Fromis has some if not the best harmonizations in their songs. their voices compliment each other perfectly.

I personally liked the song since I enjoy vocal heavy songs. This song is kind of city pop and I like the incorporation of that genre. Though I wish the bridge was more extended but nonetheless, I hope this will do well on music charts. This showed a side of Fromis 9 that I've never felt before.

The use of head voice and falsetto in this song is smart since it gives the song a dream like feeling. I want to mention the high adlibs at the last chorus. That was a favorable addition to the song which made me immediately love this song.

same. the only other groups doing vocal heavy songs especially in the chorus ik are Twice, WJSN and IZ*ONE ( maybe CheBul? ). I tend to like songs like these more than empty chorus

@@ughgowonsscalpandcrunchyvo4926 Vocal heavy chorus tends to be more expressive and reminds me of second generation songs. I like those kinds of choruses. Though empty choruses are good too, I just tend to favor songs with lyrics.

They didn't just deliver vocals, but also the song, the performance, the amount of visuals and aesthetic in the MV. Not to mention their superior discography. Also, It didn't grow on me, it's an "I'm instantly in love with it" type of song. Conclusion: stan fromis_9 because they never disappoint.

if you listen to Fromis_9 entire discography the lyrics generally refers to Flovers (fandom) which i love about. you can hear the sincere singing from them and it means a lot when you're part of the fandom. There is a whole story you can picture when you connect all their songs 🍀

What I feel fromis_9 is the same as Red Velvet. They are indeed a group that has vocals that are not too powerful, but have a unique harmonization that can become the hallmark of the group. If they can improve the harmonization technique to perform, it will become a group that can be liked not only visually. And you can hear that they are very comfortable with the jazz genre where this genre is very difficult for a vocal group to naturally be comfortable, just like Red Velvet.
