Front Crankshaft Seal Replacement 

This is on a 1999 Mercury Cougar 2.5L V6 - the same engine as the Ford Contour V6.
Oil was leaking out the front crankshaft seal and dripping onto the exhaust. It was no fun to breathe those fumes.
This job isn't very difficult. It just requires a special tool to remove and install the crankshaft pulley.
I decided that I was going to use my old crankshaft pulley from the old engine that already had a speedi-sleeve installed, just in case. I did that repair before I got into doing RU-vid videos, and it's on my old blog here: providentengine...
