I have watched so many videos on how to do front flips and backflips because I can do them but I have bad form and technique so I don't land it and most of the time I hurt my feet. Tappbrothers your channel is the only channel I found out there that helps and shows me how to do it. Keep up with your awesome informational, inspirational videos!
You guys are a real inspiration to me because you break down stuff into pieces. This helps a lot in finding where i mess up. I live in Pakistan and there are not a whole lot of opportunities for us but i recently found a trampoline park and i often visit there to practice.
I love how you tell us what we should learn to get used to doing the moves, but then I see that those moves also have certain moves needed to get used to them. >.
these guys have taught me some great techniques to carry on into more of my training seeing as how I don't have a gym i do it around town alone haha I just posted a video of me eating crap doing a precision jump without proper technique and progression steps like he says😂
Awesome tutorial guys! Can you give more details about the acrobatics basics you are talking about at the beginning of the video, in the "prerequisite" part? I didn't realize the Front Flip was advanced, I thought it was the same level as the Back Flip...
I can do a front flip because if you Brothers you are awesome I am looking forward to have more flip videos from you guys you guys are an awesome RU-vid channel
I have a general question for anyone interested in parkour: what do you value more in a practitioner, aerobics or the mind set to work out how to get around obstacles IE one man over comes a barrier by cartwheeling it, another is strong so he breaks through it, the other quick witted so he kicks a wheely bin toward it and uses it mount over the barrier.
Hey TappBrothers, you guys are just awesome with all your tutorials and stuffs. But I just wanted to ask about the level of difficulty between both the back and the front flip. Which one of them is easier to master when you're a beginner?
+Dibyajyoti Samal Backflip is easier but scarier, front flip is harder but more comfortable. I actually learned the side flip first, so I guess it's whatever you're good with.
What kind of training should one go through if they want to do a kip up or kip flip i used to be able to do that but can't anymore I can still do aireals though. I feel I don't want to lose any of it so if I make ask what's the best way to regain it. I really appreciate this by the way.
Hello. Thank you for the video. I try to focus on the technique of the jump, but when I do the front flip, I can't jump in the way you showed(still going forward and not upward) and I land in a squat position. Why?
How do you keep the frontflip straight? Because I didn't know why my frontflip somehow gone side ways and disabled my flip. Thanks so much for your help TappBrothers :)
Can anyone help. I've watched multiple of these videos and I'm not improving my flip. I keep landing on my back. Does anyone have any recommendations or can help.
Hey man really appreciate the videos and I have a question for you how do you know when you are ready to do these advanced parkour moves? I can just do the basic wall flips and want to know when I'm ready to move on
Guys i really need some help here. So the story is: I have got a shoulder problem. If i rotate my shoulder it can stick out easily. If i throw a ball or something my shoulder stick out so i have to put it back on my own.Just think about it like if someone give me a high five (one of my arm is straight up) then my shoulder stick out. (Sorry for the word replaying i do not know more term to it) So i have got a fear that my shoulder will stick out i do the arm technique and its a painful thing. Should i try exercise the front flip with that problem or should i just give it up? Or have you got guys any advice so i can use that?
Hey Tappbrothers. Do You Know How To Do A Webster? Please Help Me Because You Are My Favourite Parkour Teacher And Your Channel Are Very Good.Please...Please Help Me!
The good thing is that I have the sea close by! So the roll is okay, the hands are the issue! Naturally, my hands want to spin me quicker, so they do their own spins to get me to the surface! I mean, my nose is sensitive! The hand stands in water I do them in one hand (the right) while the left hand closes my nose! I do them (rolls) pretty quickly, since my nose doesn't have the time to react! My core muscles are getting trained up with pilates (magic 5). My feet are pretty strong due to a LOT of walking. Jumping straight up though... haven't tested that yet sooooo... isn't that pretty much it?
Backflips are apparently easier because you see the floor and THEN put your feet down, whereas frontflips you have to predict when to. Personally I can only do front flips
+Nature647 no problem, just make sure you use a mat when you start- quite a thick one, because if you land on your bum in genuinely feels like you've torn it. Only progress to without a mat when you are confident in the motions of the flip
when ever I try doing a front flip off a trampoline I tend to bring my head on the left side and its like I'm doing a parkour roll in the air? Like I tuck my head and that makes my body go cricked instead of straight?
Depends on your situation. If you don't have anybody to spot your back flip, front flips are the way to go. If you know someone who is capable of spotting your backflip, then I say back flips
Trampoline? I dislocated my shoulder while doing a Frontflip on a tramp because I did only a half spin so I was straight, outside down, with the head to the ground.
I can't get enough height on my front flip, I keep on going forward and I feel like I'm tucking and when I'm watching a video of me doing it I always land in a squatting position.
+Running Free I think that's a little bit more Dangerous than the normal front flip. It won't get you enough height for the take off, and might end up falling your head straight to the ground due to a dive roll position.
ive got everything down like no joke everything but the tuck i think in mot spinning fast enough. but its probably cause im attempting the front flip from the ground onto a bed.if anyone has any tips to spin faster plz help. and i landed on my knees twice which means at some point i figured out how to tuck faster but then forgot
your second name is tapp but not very different from the tap because when the tap is open it gives water and when you are open you give information and knowledge. thank you
