it made a horrid mess but proved that this machine was in good mechanical order! Inspired by the best washer technician - PhotonicInduction (YT channel)
@pikuorguk sounds like your drum drive plate is fractured. its why most front loaders are dumped in scrap. the drive plate is aluminum and the wrong washing detergents can attack it pretty fast, causing it to fail
There couldn't have been too much wrong with the drive plate, to withstand all that pounding from being out of balance. I don't think this is the factory recommended fix. There's some debate about the benefits of "Impact maintenance".
Woah, that was epic, at one point it looked like you were trying to control a wild horse, that was a lot of fun, I'm surprised the motor didn't go up in flames.
Another super-funny washer vid! I'll be looking forward to seeing this from the other camera. :-) I take it that you had two cameras on this, like the other washer death vid? There's so many funny bits in this vid, like the washer 'going walkabout', watching it eat a flywheel, & finally when it chomps up the drive belt, squeals like a pig, & has a good ole smoke-out! :-D This washer has a strong motor...Keep it for something else....maybe a spare motor for another washer vid. -BoomBoxDeluxe.
You have any idea how awesome that would be to walk it down the street and face off with somebody who thinks he's bad ass walking a couple of pit bulls??
HARD TO KILL POSSESSED WASHING MACHINE. Least you did your washing first before taking the untamed washing machine for a walk around the backyard & the next neighbours must be wondering what is going on in your backyard.😂🤣😅
I'm still hoping that you would tossed a CRT in there, one with the anti implosion band removed, but then again the door is pretty small to do that with. Front loaders are still somewhat rare here on the used market, most old washers you run into are top loaders.
I feel for anyone who just comes across this vid randomly. From it they could determine that Australians take their washing machines for walks, upside down (insert own joke here) and that other Australians have pet car wheels which they carry with them/live under the false impression that a car wheel would save them if said washing machine decided to come at them.
lol I spent about a hour picking up little bits of washer :D Little car was still registered and running around on the road in the hands of her original owner at this point
Did you put your QC passed sticker on it? Drum bearing: Passed. Drum support plate: Passed. Main bearing and seal: Passed. Belt: passed. Motor: Passed. "Ship it"!!!!!!🤣😝😁
That noise it makes at 0:34 (the banging noise) is what my washer did last night, full of clothes on its fast spin cycle :-( Now it feels like the drum is rubbing against something inside.
I bet you could rig up something where it spins like that but not in a way where a brick would fly out and fatality a passing car, then get a big battery and actually take it out for a walk.
Get a Candle and Rub it all along the belt, the wax acts as a good way to get real Grip from that slipping belt, Should try hooking this drum up to a Car engine :)
LOL too damn funny :) That thing sure took allot of abuse...and just kept going. --- Oh and look at all that 'junk' out there on the patio just awaiting demolition videos .!.
stephen king wrote a book about a demonic car. I think he needs to wrtie one about a possessed washing machine. And then somehow combine it with the Exorcist. Don't forget the split pea soup.
