Today front office practical was conducted for BscHm 2nd semester, under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Namrata Sai Khedkar under the supervision of Mr. Vinod Kumar Singh Bhadauria Director PIHM.
I can't believe anyone should actually get trained for this. Just talk to the guest as you would be talking to your friend but put some extra respect and a big smile. Easy stuff.
That's what makes the hotel different from your homes.... they're trained to do this because not every guest is friendly so do have to know how to deal with them and how to explain them the facilities....they r paying for the service not for the friendship
