Frontier Airlines' poor rankings shadow Cleveland expansion plans

Just in time for spring break, Frontier Airlines recently announced expansion of flights and its business at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. However, before you book with the company, News 5 Investigators found some data about Frontier that flyers should know ahead of time.
The Better Business Bureau gives Frontier an F-rating with nearly 6,000 complaints filed in the past three years.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) reported in 2023 that of the 10 airlines tracked, Frontier was dead last for operations arriving on time with a 67% average.

Two things about Frontier. The frequency of flights from city to city is a pittance. Sometimes not even daily. They grow more ambitiously than they can handle. Also, each and every person you interact with that aren’t pilots or flight attendants aren’t Frontier employees. They’re contractors with no reason outside of a paycheck to be required to be dedicated to doing a great job for Frontier passengers. I know of this personally.

Frontier is not getting my business under any circumstances. I prefer most of the other airlines including American, Delta, Southwest, and United. Although I live in Boston, I keep making it clear to Denver based travelers to boycott Frontier and use Southwest or United instead. Frontier needs to consider reducing its schedules to improve its reliability.

Frontier or Spirit it's all the same. Real cheap rates, however they will nickle and dime you to death to get the money that you saved! They are the cheapest though! Everyone says no more, however those low, low fairs draw people back! Poor customer service? Of course however if you have flown either you already know!😂😂😂😂

Funny that sign saying says you have to have an ID!! but if you are an illegal immigrant I guess you don't have to have an ID. Right such BS.
