I am just now seeing this, six years later. So I googled "Jim Faulkner Frontier Airlines" and he got fired almost EXACTLY one week after these comments. Hahahaha!

Doesn't surprise me. My employer booked me on a flight in the 1990's and they cancelled my return flight with no explanation. I'd already returned my rental car and it was Easter day. No hotel given and everything around was closed. Had no food for a day. Never flew them again.
