Back in 1993, Frontier City and the Terrico group (formerly know as Premier Parks/Six Flags) to the court about the extra 45 acres of undeveloped land and won. It seemed that the park was going to relocate the existing parking lot and place it on the extra 45 acres of undeveloped land and erect new fencing to separate the homes from the parking and place picnic areas and office buildings on the extra 45 acres of undeveloped land. Then use the 60-70 acres of used land for rides, shows and other guest amenities.
