This timer is only suitable for light loads,if we are connecting to motor and some other windings,in a few days has to be damage automatically...am i correct?
Hi, It's works after cleaning inside. Actually when we apply Heavy load on it,the connector of the relay sparks while switching. so i removed this relay cap ,and clean those touching points and now its working fine
C2= 10uF 60V electrolytic cap, R2=471K metal oxide resistor, R4=150ohm +-1% May I ask why these specific components? I'm also looking at fixing a busted up timer- the video didn't work for me.
Same case with me also.Displsy is not woking even after putting a new battery.Time is working with a shift of 30 minutes.Not able adjust since diplay is not workig.Will be thankful sny guidance
Could you please share which of the two capacitors- there are two C1=0.47uf box type and C2=10uF electrolytic one. However on visual inspection, both hasn't busted or anything. To share the service life- the timer is less than one month in service with twice daily one/off for a min- could the capacitor have gone bad this fast? Tapping the relay didn't work for me either.

What to do when this timer changes its time by its own...and sometimes when I set a clock...it resets that time again from 00:00:00 .. what could be the reason.. wiring is proper.. this occurs at 3-4days and I need to reset it
@@omarmuhammedsanju do one thing order new one and return the old one under the same order.this is only the way.. frontier never give the warrant.. lots of people facing same issue..
Please check incoming signal from driving transistor on PCB,which is goes to relay , if there is no sufficient voltage then its can't trigger the relay.If the the transistor is OK , then Clock chip may became faulty and fail to deliver signal to relay. Hi sir mujhe ek help kijia...na Mera timer nahi kam kar raha hai..qki mai phase and nutral galat connet kia tha..ek bar spark kia..fir ab chal nahi raa hai...so kaise banaye
bhai , ye 'Alam Ara' type silent movie bana ke khud hi dekh le, mere ko to kuch samajh nahi aya. Relay fault tha to what did u do......dekh ke khali phokat soldering hataya, fir dekha, fir resoldered....??
Due to higher power input, there was short circuit and burnt. Watch is working but timer is not working. Can you give your address so that I can send this unit for repair
