That’s a rumor and there’s no confirmation from Paramount. I’m taking that rumor with a grain of salt since it came from a man within the film industry, in a podcast, with no involvement with Sonic 3.

I fully agree with that about the final Iblis fight. That boulder was so much bigger than anything Silver could catch up until that point. How the actual heck were we supposed to know we could catch it!? I was pissed when I looked up how to do it.
