Wow. I started playing frostpunk just last week and I used your guide to help get through day 5 on refugees extreme. I eventually managed to beat it and get equality, but it was a bit closer to failure than yours. I remember being a little sad last upload was so long ago cause you play this game really well. Then all of a sudden you upload the first new run in a year??? What a crazy coincidence! Anyway welcome back!
thats cool , yeah the refugees are the hardest , any second someone could die for lack of treatment or hunger , i was working a lot and didnt get a chance to uploade any thing new, glad you like it and thanx
On this scenario with no child labour and no death, it is the only possible way to get through, otherwise people will die from starvation or illness, i have tried many times, it is the only way
@@Luci151085 it is a challenge and in the same time you have little time to do much research as possible, so helping engineers is almost always my goal, i believe it gives 20 % boost
I didn't even know about the cannery since it didn't spawn, so came looking around in the internet because my dudes were either starving, or I had to put all of my workers into hunter's huts
I played this scenario on the first time and flat out failed, then on the second try I channeled the asian slave master on the movie Eric the Viking and i was like "guess what season it is? Its the summer of discontent! All you whiners go back to work! Your complaints are music to my ears"
@@maxgaming-up6rl Wow I did not know that. I thought you have to lose a person when using emergencies on buildings. Usually when i played a deathless game I never used it, apart the scrambled resources. Good to know now! Cheers!
@@maxgaming-up6rl What if you use 24 hour shifts constantly on the piles, before you use it on workshop? You can use it on piles as much as you like with no deaths. But then does using on piles count as the first use of 24 hour shift already? Or does that only apply when it is used on a building the first time no matter how many times you used it on piles?
@@maxgaming-up6rl so using on piles counts as 1 use? I played on hard and used 24 hour shifts constantly on PILES as soon as I got it till it went to -30. No deaths caused by using it only on piles.
I played Frostpunk this last few weeks finishing the Main story with only four or five casualties then side stories, I managed to pull off The Seedling Arks without deaths and helping New Manchester giving them resources they need its hard, but I couldn't pull off The Refugees Scenario any tips man? Bro Need help.
The refugees is the hardest one in my opinion, no place for mistakes, if you are playing it first time try on easy first until you memorise the events , once you get to the extreme ( with no child labor) difficulty you need to find the cannery in order to pull it off
Well this scenario is the hardest one (with no death), but my advice is that you need the caning workshop at the beginning , so if you didn't get it, restart the game because it is a key factor to stabilise your start, otherwise you have high chance of getting death of hunger
While I appreciate it as a fascinating core game element, the Hope and Discontent meters REALLY get stupid in Frostpunk. The world is literally dying around you, you can see that. Stop whining and work. It doesn't matter how hard you have it, it's better than dead.
