It’s what I love about MvC; matches are often over in less than 2 minutes, it’s not uncommon to get steamrolled in less than 1, and it can’t go longer than 3. Conversly, the average DBFZ match is about 4-5 minutes long, and can go even longer than that (yes, the timer is technically 5 minutes, but supers and transitions after a dead character pauses the clock, and can thus make matches longer than the time limit allows). I personally hope they up the base damage of stuff in the inevitable DBFZ2, so that you can do more damage off stray moves and in the early hits of a combo. And that they make the inbetween stuff like transitions a bit quicker. Less waiting, more action.

@@CrossfacePanda the longest marvel matches go is 5 minutes of they go into a time over. 5 minutes is the regular in DBFz with sucks.

@@hotzauhse ”Marvel Seconds” are an actual thing. The timer in MvC3 says 99 seconds, but one ”second” in that game is roughly 2 IRL seconds, which gives you roughly 3 IRL minutes max. X-Factor stops the timer from running out at zero while active if I recall correctly, so that can extend it, but once X-Factor activates that late in a match the game is usually over within seconds, so it’s extremely rare that it extends a match more thab a couple of sexonds beyond 3 minutes (though it is technically possible). And unlike DBFZ, supers doesn’t stop time. MvC2 to my knowledge has no way to extend time, so 3 minutes is always the upper time limit. Marvel Infinite might be different, tho, as that game has a bit lower damage and balanced around 2v2.

50% damage buff on broly s, if not double damage on normals and specials. Since you won't speed up frame data. Damage buff on 21 ground level 3. Only if it kills a character. She's eating a dbz character. Same for Majin buu level 3. If you wanna make it conical, 10% for earthling characters 15% for androids, 20% for alien characters, 25% for sayian characters. If you're not cool with that, flat 15% cross the board. It can happen twice because of, you know, three characters, you can kill two characters. Who else wants a damage buff, I'll figure out how to give it to the characters.

Android 17 barrier assist is bugged and so many people have no idea. its active on frame 7 making it the fastest start up assist in the game alongside 18 barrier. Soon as you here it ping when getting hit its active. The bug is it can dispel without being hit 5 times as is intended. Jazz had the bug happen and the guy said it was hit before it was active.

I really love DBFZ, I love it! But, this game is starting to become stale like MvC2. All the teams consist of about 9 characters swapped between teams. I really hope that if they do continue support for this game we get another balance patch at least. The fusion characters are so damn boring to watch. So is base vegeta, 21 and Broly.
