Frozen Chocolate Covered Strawberries 

These tasty frozen chocolate covered strawberries are the perfect way to enjoy a treat any time of year.

Ingredients:
1 lb Strawberries
12 oz Chocolate chips
1 Tbsp Cocoanut oil
Instructions:
To make frozen chocolate covered strawberries, you will first me to begin by preparing your strawberries. If you are using fresh strawberries, you will first want to remove the stems of your strawberries. Then wash them in cold water, and allow them to drip dry. Cut the strawberries into bite sized pieces.
To melt the chcocolate, add your desired type of chocolate into microwave safe bowl. Then add your coconut oil in with the chocolate chips. Add to the microwave, and microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove it from the microwave and stir the mixture. Placed the bowl back into the microwave and continue microwaving for another 30 seconds, then stirring. Repeat this process until your chocolate is completely melted.
Please note: It is very important that you only microwave for 30 seconds at a time, and stir your chocolate mixture in between. Even if your chocolate chips, don’t look like they need to be stirred, do it anyway. This will prevent your chocolate from burning.
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, then set them on parchement paper. When all are dipped, place them in the freezer for at least one hour, or over night, until they are frozen solid. Store in the freezer until you are ready to eat, then serve and enjoy!
