***** Actually you are wrong... As a photographer I know that you can move when the picture is taken and still be crystal clear on the pic. It all depends on the shutter speed. If the shutter speed is bigger than 1/80 sec then there should not be a problem with anyone walking around.
The quality of the camera makes them look stiller than they are. If this was captured with modern high-end equipment you could see many people wobbling around

Eddie Gluskin Eddie you don't realize that many homeless people have mental problems and they need to be helped because they can't make decisions like you and me. Unfortunately, even the government doesn't rehabilitate the homeless properly. But, go to countries like Norway and Sweden and they know how to help the poor and homeless. The American government is wrapped up in to much red tape and only ends up giving away money in the form of food stamps and welfare instead of REALLY applying the techniques used in Europe to help the needy. If you don't understand that....... then lets leave it at that.
@@__underscore_ You live in your own limited little world and you don't realize that there are people out there with mental problems stemming from physical and sexual abuse that end up homeless. There are woman that have a job but it's only enough to pay the rent and end up eating dog food because it's cheaper. There are senior citizens that are too old to work and walk around in the middle of the night trying to collect recyclable cans and bottles to barely have enough for a piece of bread. You have obviously never gone through that nightmare. So, you think everyone has an easy life or as many opportunities as you've had. Sad that you have no idea of the true human suffering.
My dad used to show me improv everywhere videos when I was like 6, I'm pretty sure this was the first one I ever saw. The nostalgia this gave me is unreal lol.
If it was in a larger scale where most of the station was frozen besides a few people and I was one of those people. I'd have to start walking around yelling "SHAUN!!!!"
Tsuki Yoru When he was yelling for jason it was in the mall and he didnt become a agoraphobic till after jason's death. When he goes to the train station(i think it was the train station, been forever since I played the game) everyone freeze frames around him when he has a panic attack. He starts stumbling around yelling for shaun. Which is why i said that. XD
This is by far one of my favorite improvs ever. I would love to see a remake of this if possible, purely so I can get more of the audience's stunned reactions. It's got to feel good to have your stunt appreciated like that.
I love how Charlie Todd pretends not to know what's going on when he's the mastermind behind everything. Just like a perfect villain would do, hide amongst the commoners (although he's not a villain, he's a great hero to our generations).
The reactions were PRICELESS especially when the guy pokes the frozen girl-she held her composure. At least one in the crowd of onlookers who asked "how long..." appeared really freaked out like maybe something "not of this world" was going on. I dont even know how I'd react if I saw that--no time to think or react.
Improv Everywhere was way ahead of their time. This was made when I was FOUR. (2008) RU-vid was around but cool pranks/experiment videos like these didn't even exist yet.
