If you come here because you need that little bit of peace, let me tell you please don't give up. You have to keep fighting. That stronger, faster, better you is waiting at the end of whatever battle you're fighting. It's not the end. It's only the beginning. You have to get up. Despite the numerous times you've been slammed into the ground you have to dust yourself off and ask "is that all you got?" Because you're strong. Know it. Own it. Trust me, I know. And if you have to go down, go down fighting with everything you've got. Never stop fighting. Please. I'm sure someday we will meet and show our battle scars and talk about how we made it. I never understood before how people are just so nice in comments, until I started to get the urges to share this warm feeling inside of me with others. Whoever you are, wherever you are, we heal. And everything is here because we exist. As a person who both scared to loose my existence and exists I never truly thought about life, anxiety would stop me. But sometimes we just know, that how scary it wouldn’t be, it is only the present that matters, and all the memories and future events we carry. We are now and time is none existing. Go beyond the human boundaries and accept you already being the universe. You are happy and you are healed you just need to realize it. All my love and support, cuddles and warm tes with cinnamon or honey if you like it ;)

For some reason that chord progression starting at 0:31 really gets to you. A feeling close to nostalgia as if, even though it's the first time you hear it, the music is bringing you back. Back to those moments when everything was possible.

I used to believe this. Part of what you say is indeed true, but I've quickly realized that we are not gods. While we do reap what we sow, we are not the inventors of knowledge, wisdom and all the laws that govern creation. The sooner we learn to humble ourselves and with that humility learn servanthood, the sooner we will begin to know the truth about this life. We have become slaves, but we are not all destined for it. This life is a time of testing and refinement. The time we're in now is a weighing of our souls. I hope I can encourage a stranger out there to stand up for what is right by the way you live. Your beliefs are evident by what you do, not by what you say. People can become subservient to who/what they fear the most. Reserve your fear for the one who weighs your soul. Don't worry about all the calamity, but do prepare for adversity - because there is no wisdom in ignorance. It's not always going to be alright for everyone. Some people suffer. Let's remember that anyone of us could be standing in the others' shoes. Let's not be so quick to judge, as we may be condemning ourselves. But let's be quick to give generously and to live rightly, no matter the cost.

I hear yah! Decluttering and cleaning is good therapy. Try Yoga With Adriene, it is amazing and I discovered her at the start of Covid. her 30 Day Home Yoga Challenge is great for beginners like I was. I love it and I usually don't stick to any exercise routine. It will really help focus your mind differently and help destress. It is fantastic

If I may, this will also soothe a dog stressed out by a thunderstorm or anything else. I'm a petsitter and all my pooches are sound asleep during a thunderstorm that had all of them barking in terror until I started playing this. Thank you for posting it!!

What has helped me is praying using Gods name Jehovah and asking him to protect me and help me feel safe. I always remind myself I am safe. I hope this helps. I wish you love and peace you are precious .
