It is adhesive capsulities and muscle spasm it take too long time ,you can adjust joint and little bit of adhesive free but u didn't release muscle spasm it takes some time Im also physiotherapist chiropractor dry needling cupping therapist.

This guy is extremely clumsy and rough with his adjustments and doesn't have proper knowledge. Be safe, avoid this type of chiropractor. Speaking fancy words while adjusting doesn't change the fact that you don't know anything and just using raw strength to push without technique.
