Hi! We do appreciate the feedback. As someone who has been in the ice cream business for +10 years, the biggest reason we see frozen yogurt shops fail is when they decide to franchise with companies like Menchies, Yogurtland, etc. The contracts offered to franchises are often exploitative and can doom business from the start. Also when new business owners feel the need to buy all new equipment, investing much more money than is reasonable, as these machines can go for 20,000$ new, it becomes only a matter of time. With all this being said, if you do want to jump into the industry, there are ways to do it that will be successful and profitable. Nothing is that cut and dry, and many of our customers are very happy with their businesses.
