Roughly how much oil should be added when first putting oil in? 4-5 ounces?

About 11 ounces. For fuel, it is about 1.38gal

Yes, there are tools, a free headlight, and a Neck gaiter included in the box.

I just got mine today it’s really fast and I love it although I’m not sure if my lights charge or not but other than that it’s perfect I suggest remove the governor if you want to go faster love my frp mini bike
