Wow awesome work guys! I'm juggling the 2jz and the LS at the moment. I love how much thought and design you've put into these parts !! If I go LS I'm definitely going with your supporting mods keep the videos coming! Thanks
Looks fantastic, very interested. Can't wait for the next update. Loved the fact you've included RHD guys as well. Being in Australia, that was music to my ears!
I just watched you guys in a ad commercial on a video I was already watching. Usually something I despise LOL but you guys are a different story. I really liked the commercial so I subscribe to your RU-vid channel. The guy doing the commentary really did a great job he's better than some of the other higher viewing people are. Congrats to you whoever you are. I would love to see lots more of these you guys could really get the numbers up on RU-vid. I hear it pays good LOL
This might be the most well engineered swap kit for any car on the market. Excellent job. Only watching LS swap frs videos because credit karma told me next month is my last payment on my frs. Too bad I traded that thing in two years ago 😖🤦♂️. I could have a no car note project car right now....😒
Thanks! Definitely what we were going for. Wanted to challenge ourselves to create the best possible kit and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Well now that your last payment is coming up it's time to start planning your swap lol!
Sweet! I’ve been waiting on this for a while! All I need now is my T56, this kit, & driveshaft been building my LS on the side for release of this kit. Would be 100% dedicated in making a new channel for my car to show the build and swap of the FA-20 - LS showcasing this kit! Super excited for the final product guys love everything I’m seeing!
Finally! Some modern engineering put into practice on one of these swap kits! No disrespect to other companies, but the upfront investment in R&D Sikky is doing is giving a far better end result. Respect.
I am working on a 06 outback. They should be very similar to each other was wondering if this kit would still work. I would like to do small mods compared to a whole subframe and came across this. Thanks
I'm actually stoked their prices arent some terrible price for pro's to do the work!!! not bad at all. 15k'ish for a 20144 BRZ and at prices starting at 26k for the work motor/trans hardware etc etc 40'ishK for a mean bad ass swapped car is pretty amazing.
Do you guys have any plans to offer a plug-n-play wire harness and computer combo? I'm looking for an actual "complete kit", and electrical is always the hardest part.
Hows the canbus translation coming along? I heard no mention of it. (not that it would be mentioned in the swap mounting kit presentation but curious none the less). Well done 👍
@@SikkyTV if you guys need some help or a product let me know. Im making a canbus Plug&Play system. No wiring modification needed to the stock wiring harness.
AGT Engineering in NSW, Aus and MRS Electronics in Ohio both have solutions available. AGT just got AC, ABS, trac, and stability control working on top of steering and gauges.
Yes it will work with ls3 and all other LS based engines. Will not work with stock FRS or BRZ transmission but they would never hold the power anyway. Plenty of other options though like tr6060, t56, t56 magnum and even the Nissan CD009 6 speed
What LS motor did you use in this video or are they all pretty much the same? If I did this I would want to use everything you are using to ensure part for part match.
Will these mounts work in the Toyota 86 and brz as well I know they are similar and practically identical but I’m unsure of how the mounting set up is in similarity’s could I use this set up in my 86?
Nice man. Excellent engineering. Points of contact to the chassis covered. Custom oil pan sitting pretty tucked out of the way. Trans mount with qd access to the clutch. What hardness is the bushings used in the kit? And what's the kit run price wise?
Thanks! yeah no pricing info yet but hopefully in the not so distant future. 70a durometer at the moment but we can easily change to softer if so desired. Will see how NVH is when on the road.
I'm curious about the clearance between the stock hood and the top of the TB for things like the FAST 102mm maifold/TB combo. I've seen that it doesn't fit super well with some aftermarket hoods, but haven't seen good clearance info on a stock hood.
Not at this time as ^ he said above we have too much on or R&D plate with the LS stuff alone but maybe one day if we make an LS kit for every car out there!
