It’s pronounced (Free sky). There’s no y after FR. This is from Frsky on how to pronounce it (it’s on all their documentations / instructions)

Is this the same as frsky frusb-3?

What does that SDK toolkit download supposed to do, I wonder if that's why I'm not showing any coms under device manager when I plug it in
