Greengages have the most out of the ones I listed and nectarines have the least with 17.5 mg of cyanide per every gram of seed and .1 mg of cyanide per every gram of seed respectively. In order to die of cyanide poisoning a dose of as little as .5 mg for every kilogram a person weighs is necessary. You're not going to die off of eating one seed, but you better be sure not to eat greengage seeds or there is a high likelihood of death.
