The last time I made a cocktail that incorporated a wash of any kind was when I made your s'mores cocktail and that was delicious. However, the process of washing was reeeeaally messy and a little tedious so I'd be interested in an alternative method to get those flavors into a drink (in this case, the fruity pebbles).
I get that for sure. I think the more you do it, the less messy it gets, also the marshmallow fluff is just messy in general. LOL Tedious is for sure something that is just part of it. I personally like doing these things with headphones in and in my own little world.
@@carl_busch I saw her on Netflix, chefs table: season 4… not sure if she has another show, but her cookbooks are fantastic Resources…. One of the few people to change techniques I’ve used in the kitchen…. She sells this stuff at milk bar, which she owns with David chang… she used to be his pastry chef
I can’t have any form of dairy so this cocktail isn’t for me but the process and cocktail look good! I wouldn’t be a cereal milk fan if I could have it used in a cocktail. Not a cereal or sweet fan! Have fun! Enjoy!
Just bought the juicer based off your recommendation alone, thank you! I'm going to try making a batch of jungle birds. Any idea how many pineapples for 750ml of pineapple juice?
My jam is good single malt scotch these days, neat only, and I’m guessing for the future - in moderation!! Outstanding, delicious, complex, mind blowing, so interesting!!
