I made the mistake of sending back my counterfeit item (at great expense) I have proof of postage, they're claiming item is 'lost' and never arrived. Complete scam.

Ordered something and it was dispatched Feb 29th and was supposed to arrive about March 14th. They've changed the estimated delivery about 5 times. The date is now April 2nd and the estimate said 29th of March. Think I got played.

I had same experience. I ordered par pair of face cream and i thought they are from Canada, but actually they are from China and they sent me two fake face cream 🤮🤢😷 Beware if Fruugo and spread the word
They took my money and didn't send the shipment, and never answered to my inquiries, and finally when tgey did answer they said u exceeded the time limit and ur shipment is lost and we do not refund.
I have just bought what i thought was original Beats Fit Pro. Looks real. Arrived reasonable quickly. The Ear Buds present like the real Beats. They however sound terrible. I cant return as the return fees are to China. I am so dissapointed. This type of practice is misleading and surely must be stopped.
When i bought a scooby-doo figure and i didn't get it. I got a refund and they said it was something wrong with the shipping, and my friend bought some shoes from there and they were perfectly fine

This is true and Fruugo should be more transparent with them only connecting buyer and seller and not taking any responsibility. Shopping from a 100 Euro item from China and then having to pay the return postage when it is obvious that the product is fake. No one would do that and the sellers take advantage of this fact. I think Fruugo should have exactly this role, to stop this.
Well i bought a kermit puppet and i had to wait half an year to arive ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK Also my pfp is also the kermit puppet from fruugo and i took a picture of it .
No I do not believe it is a scam company. Just no control of the vendors and if a product shows to be fake / false/ counterfeit then there is no viable way to return the product. Fruugo takes their hands off and you are on your own with the (Chinese) vendor and the not so small problem of shipping the product back to CH. I wish you good luck!
Sir, do you know how one can talk to an actual person on this shitty company? They have never delivered my package, the locating method seems to not work as it says that the item is transit for three months yet they marked my order as "delivered" -_-
Sorry to hear this. No I stopped communicating with them after they told me that I am responsible for the shipping costs to China. Fruugo is just a website. They are not the sellers of the products. However I do think they should help the customers that are being scamed by their suppliers. Hope you get your products soon and that they are the real thing.
The problem is that Fruugo does not sell the products they only redirects you to a sale from the producer. If you run into problems you have to deal with the producer that most likely is located in China. Any returns become impossibly expensive. Fruugo should maintain better control over the suppliers but this of course cost money and you are on Fruugos site because you dont want to pay a lot.....
No it is not. However it seems that Frugo has little control over if the products are legit or not and they are not very good at dealing with complaints.
