This may be the reason I finally cave and build a pc to play on. This is awesome, but I know it'll never come to console. I'm definitely subscribing. I don't want to miss the completion of the wind turbine!
@@chinzhenyang9648 it all depends on how big of a turbine you want to build. Smallest would be the ground base at the height you want, base tower and top tower. Most you can use realistically is ground, base, two middles, and a top.
@@Matt-kf2iv if it is flying away you are trying to lift the load outside the lifting radius for that weight and ballast setup. I will try to do a video on how to read the load charts which may help. For the Wind Turbine I use the SL13DF boom at max height.
it is in its own section, in Tools, called Buildable Wind Turbine. If it is not there check your error log. When you downloaded it, it may have given extra characters in the file name.

@@jeremybrown9379 Maybe I'm stupid or something, but I can't find the bunk plate and I can't get any crane to attach to the attach point on the end of the tower.
@@tylerhuff7105 you need to use the spreader bar that comes with the Wind Turbine pack to lift the tower end. The bunk plate is the flat plate that takes the place of the schnable neck or blade clamp.

I like the idea and the functionality. However, you should urgently fix all the errors and warnings. These exist in almost all parts of the wind turbine. Also with the crane. And also for the trailer. It's better to invest a little more time and make it error-free instead of releasing a mod too quickly. The mod is currently unusable as it is. :(
