Question, out of all the videos I have watched of Fsd I struggle to remember one cyclist stop for red light, aren't they supposed to follow the road laws in the USA?
Might differ between states (no idea about California in particular), but generally yes cyclists are supposed to follow road laws in the US. One exception is if you wait long enough and clearly the light won't change due to it having a sensor that a car detects and bike doesn't, at which point it becomes legal to run the red. That said, as a cyclist you don't have a license plate so unless you get caught in the act, what're they gonna do to enforce it? Also, for what it's worth, the cyclists in San Fran seem crazy--in most cities you'd promptly be run over doing that sort of stuff... or even following the rules, so many cyclists are killed every year.
