Just wanted to let you know this program is just what we needed it really makes the airport’s come alive and to be able to ID each aircraft by the livery and the shape is awesome! Got so tired of seeing the funky paint jobs and pointed noses. Great job to all who developed this we thank you!!!!!!!
I immediately deleted AIG and all the supporting programs. This is the best real traffic add on out there. I am amazed and look forward to the further development of this add on. Thumbs up!!
Stunned! Just set this up following your tutorial (Thanks), and when straight to my home Airport (EGGD - Bristol) - and opened FR24 - and there in all its glory was a Easyjet A321 neo on finals on the FR24 - AND IN THE SIM!!! Mindblown! As somebody earlier said Planespotting just got even more interesting.
I'm running it right now. It's awesome! I instantly deleted the AIG Software, which took hours to set it up and had so many issues!! Thank you so much FBW-Team, I love the FSLTL so much!
Based on what I have seen so far, it's the best AI package available for MSFS, sorry AIG. For the first time with my aircraft parked at my local airport I can look up and see contrails of passing high altitude airliners. I have stairs being used on parked aircraft that are prepping for departure. And those sounds, outstanding. I had doubts about this long-awaited package ever getting off the ground but it's here and I love it. Well done to all involved, it can only get better as Asobo sort out the sims AI issues.

The FSLTL radar icon didn't show up in my FBW installer, so, reinstalled FBW installer and hey presto, there it was. Thank you for this awsome (free) Project. We love your work!

You are my hero of the day. I said the following to another RU-vidr some days ago who is making Apple equipment video's and I am going to repeat it here: Your way of presenting, calm and slow but not to slow is wonderfull for not native English speaking people. You take your time and help. One question though. How can I remove the standard (generic?) MSFS ai traffic in those strange liveries, because I did not succeed doing that. I do not use vatsim.
About to give it a go, Lately iv'e been on xplane more for Vatsim just because I couldn't get a good Model Match making for MSFS , so this really came in handy for me to get back into MSFS2020 and VATSIM.

Hello firstly i appreciate and respect your hard work and the efforts you put on to make the sim look more realistic I am hooked up to this video for past hours to set it up properly I have carefully followed all the steps as shown in the video, but it stuck at the injection. I can't see any AI in the sim Can you help me please Thank you
looks fantastic!!! and congratulations and thank you for your role in the development. So the big question, how does it compare to AIG? on paper so far looks great but before I undue what was a very long installation process, do you have any insights to compare the two in terms of fps hits, performance, disc space?
I really wish this worked properly on my 5950x/3090. It's so *cool* to see all of these aircraft flying around, but I get like 15-20fps at 4k with autofps and lossless scaling. ;~; Edit: I actually think it was the fact that I had any ground traffic or workers on. Someone got me GSX, and now I'm able to run FSLTL (at reasonable settings) without issues! Crazy how the community addons work better than microsoft's own stuff!
Great video, thnaks: installing this addon while watching you're great tutorial. Just uninstalled Aerosoft Simple Traffic from Orbx control panel so this will hopefully get rid of Southwest 737's @ Heathrow T5😃
I'd like to think there is a possibility of a 70's, 80's era release being worked on? I'd much rather see 707's 727, DC10's L1011's, 747-200, with the respected classic airliners of yesterday, flying in my sim rather than this newer stuff. Now THAT, would be a great add-on.
Potentially but remember that this is injecting real world traffic and these aircraft are very rarely seen these days, even on VATSIM. So they might be a bit lower down on the priority list!
Hello. I have had an issue with FSLTL recently and their website has led me here. I am having an issue with the traffic being super buggy since SU11. I'm aware its been affected by the update and I see blank and generic aircraft everywhere even if i have disabled it. I am wondering if theirs a solution as I can not find any.
@@BobbyFuzzy Another thing other than all the awesome models and liveries available were all the different engine sounds from the AI planes! It's so amazing sitting at Toronto Pearson International Airport (CYYZ) and not only watching the amount aircraft landing but finally being able to distinguish between an Airbus and a Boeing by their sounds. I turned on my "home theater" system and it really blew me away. Some absolutely outstanding work has been done on this package.
Hi, thank you for the helpful video, I've followed the instructions and have it working and loving the extra realism it brings to the sim. I have Aircraft Traffic Type set to Off, and Ground Aircraft Density set to 0 under the TRAFFIC section, but I'm just curious about the Live Real-World Air Traffic option under the DATA section as I haven't seen that mentioned. Should I have that On or Off, or doesn't it make any difference?
No worries! If you have aircraft traffic type off it doesn't make a difference to what you set live RW air traffic to. Think of it like a master toggle for Asobos stock live traffic and aircraft traffic type as a sub option to that.

Try play with the settings in the injector and see if you get better results 🙂 KATL is the busiest airport in the world, most PC's struggle with that! 😁
GA traffic only has limited coverage at the moment but the injector does use some of the default generics and we do have a P28R if I remember correctly.
I followed this tutorial to a T it's running now THERE ARE A FEW PLANES MOVING but its not even close to what is currently goin on at the airport. I am watching a live feed of LAX and its just not even close. Is the service down?
I'm a little disappointed. I have same settings as you but no planes in the air at LAX and the planes are placed at the incorrect gates. There's also a lot of default msfs planes still included.

Hi Bobby, today I received an update from the injector. After the update there was an option in the window that opens after one pushes the startbutton to remove all standard (generic) MSFS AI traffic, as I asked in a previous comment.
so no PA aircraft? all of those airplanes and helicopters are gone. And as such empty airports. Do the injected planes follow and communicate with ATC like with AIG?
It appears live traffic is broken in sim update 11, I’ve been trying to fix it all night. Wether it’s AIG or FSTL, no landings at all or it just loads generic aircraft which look meh. Until they have fixed it don’t use live traffic. Just use offline traffic using AIG for the time being. I had zero approaches at Heathrow and Dubai and waited for about 30 minutes, I had 1 aircraft approach during the rush hour on flight radar 24. So I just switched over to offline AIG traffic.
Like I said in your previous comment - landings are the SU11 issue introduced by Asobo. There are no issues with models that are chosen though to my knowledge. Would double check your install if that is an issue you're having.
@@BobbyFuzzy I managed to fix the issue, It turns out i had to remove everything in scenery folder and reinstall FSTL and AIG. Maybe there was a file which was somewhat conflicting? I had aircraft installed and scenery so maybe one of these was causing the issue?.....Strange very Strange.
@@BobbyFuzzy I have more landings than I did, but still not as much as it used to be. Fingers crossed you guys can fix it 100% eventually. I don’t know why Asobo have done but they have managed to screw something over.
Help requested. When using the installer, it's attempting to install on a drive which doesn't have sufficient space left. Is there any way to direct the installer to complete the action on a different drive?
If I don't use live time, like wanting to see the world in daylight although simming in the evening, can I get traffic as it were say 6-12 hours ago, or at least what is normally looks like at that time of day? Else I risk having either hardly any traffic at some airports, or the wrong kind of traffic if daylight has very different flight plans than in the evening/night. Also, how does live weather work in msfs if not running live time, like shifting nighttime to daytime? Since the heat from the daylight sun should affect the weather (drafts etc), I'm not sure what exactly live weather results in if "cheating" with the time of day...
For the first question; no traffic is always live. For the second yes making it daylight does affect the presence of sunlight affected weather effects like updrafts. Hence why you can set a weather preset for soaring etc.
is there a reason i dont have any planes landing? I have been plane spotting for 2 hours at an airport m well aware of being active, and havent seen any landings
There is usually a bit of a delay before aircraft start moving on the ground due to having to go through the preflight procedure. You should however see aircraft in the sky and eventually arriving.
Is anyone else experiencing windows and antivirus warnings when trying to launch FBW Installer? My system and Norton launch warnings to not open the file, is this a fake warning or the downloaded file is corrupted in some way?
Very nice introduction. Will definitely have to check it out. Do you know if it will inject traffic based on the current fr24 data, or the data based on the time of day setting in the sim. For example flying in Norway when there is night there in real world and therefore low traffic. If I set my sim time to daytime, will it read data thats relevant for day time, or use the current real time fr24 data?
I am getting a problem with this addon... I installed this addon and started MSFS ... but as soon as I click ' Ready to Fly ' my MSFS freezes and crashes to desktop. I didn't even try to inject the traffic. Just the presence of this mod in the community folder is causing CTD. Please help me with this issue I really want to try this one.
We haven't had any widespread reports of crashing. I recommend removing ALL but this addon from your community folder and testing again. Also make sure the injector is not opened until after you have clicked fly now and the flight has loaded.
@@BobbyFuzzy RESOLVED : the problem was caused because of the Traffic Injector folder... Once I shifted it out of the community folder... Everything worked fine... It's much better and user friendly than AIG and I almost love it .. just a few models remaining...
Hi. I just installed FSLTL. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have installed the injector and the base models using the flybywire installer. Ran FSFS and set my traffic aircraft traffic type to OFF. Set my ground aircraft density to zero. Created a flight and started at Doncaster airport. Then I ran the injector, went through the settings, and left most at default numbers. I created an API key and imputed the key to the injector. Then set it running. I can see in the window that its creating traffic. But when I go back to my flight in MSFS, I see no moving traffic and no static traffic at the airport. What am I doing wrong?

Update: I think I found out what the problem was. Stardock Windowsblinds must have been interfering with MSFS. I could not add a per application setting in Windowsblinds because it would not open Flightsimulator.exe to add it as a per application setting. Kept saying I didn't have correct permissions to open it. So, I tried un-installing Windowsblinds. Once my PC had rebooted, the FSLTL traffic started to work. That is really strange.
@@BobbyFuzzy OK, I have reduced the airport vehicle density and worker density to 5. I have also reduced boats, road vehicle etc density to 5 too. Going to Sim Objects from the developer menu gives the following results. Nb: 733, Aircrafts: 124, Boats: 23 and Ground Vehicles 444. So, I am not getting over 1000 with the NB figure. I am now seeing aircraft parked at the airport and some taxing. But I don't think I am seeing any aircraft in the skys. I have labels turned on but don't see anything when I look around the skys.
hi! i just got over this FSLTL today and have it just installed. I have tried to look trough the tutorial few times and also gone trough the user manual steps few times but it seems to not working/ or me doing something wrong. The problem is that the texture is not showing those real world texture in sim, like shown in this video. Also i dont have the F button on the top menu in the simulator. (es i checked the top bar menu settings, but no buttons to enable in sim FsltL setting( top tolbar menu) Anyone here that could help me abit?

I was using a API key but I canceled by mistake and now when I try to click on create new key the little square is like disable because everytime that I click to create a new key nothing happends on the side says revoke in red but I don't know what to do in order to make a new one,please help !
Entirely up to you - depends whether you want these aircraft showing or not. For example when we don't have a match in our pack we will use either a generic or white model if you turn these off you won't have them appear but you may also miss out on the odd flight we don't have a model for.
Hi! If the ai traffic is off, then are the injected aircraft controlled by the atc? Is there any radio activity regarding their movement or is it vatsim only?

Have sorted that last bit When i do a flight the controler keeps telling me to go to 200feet when the air craft is on 300 and about to land. is this a bug or is there a way to stop the voice.
