Horizon Forbidden West recently received a patch update that introduces FSR 3.1 frame generation, which is incredibly impressive. This update allows you to enable both DLSS upscaler and AMD frame generation simultaneously. However, with 8GB VRAM cards, you're likely to encounter limitations as the VRAM usage increases during gameplay. To avoid sudden frame drops that occur with high or ultra texture settings, it's advisable to use medium textures instead!

Asking this on the most recent video for the highest chance of reply, not related to HFB. I‘d like to upgrade my i5-9600KF + GTX 1650 system with a better GPu to use that extra headroom the 9600KF still has. I use a 1440p monitor, so I‘ll definitely have a higher GPU workload. Is an RTX 3060 fine or too much? Some sources seem to suggest that the CPU would bottleneck the 3060, while I‘m also seeing a lot of evidence that these two would work really great together. I really only want to upgrade my GPU and leave the CPU as is. Is the 3060 the right choice at 1440p or should I opt for something less powerful instead? thank you for reading

I would use the optimized settings in every AAA game, and I have undervolted my 3060 to 900mvolt, now getting much higher boost clock and really low power consumtion and heat....

yayya my old gtx1650 still got it and my rtx3060 12gb seemed to do ok to(but i get big fps jumps in updated game version all from 100+ fps down to about 40-45fps on very high settings in 1080p i tried fsr+fg and dlss+fg and i didnt notice any bigger difference(but might depend on area when it jumps in fps this much) The video seemed much more stable in fps compared when i just tried out the update....it was along time since i played so might have forgotten how it was before update! Thanks 4 video n fun to se gtx1650 is hanging on by a thread still in 2024 ha,ha,ha (great gpu n i use it for my 65"tv w controller in games for just the controller as 1st place instead of keys+mouse like life is strange or tales from the borderlands+the walking dead games that runs great on my older gtx1650 desktop.. Keep on gaming+Is there any good setting for more stable fps+good visuals so fps stays around 50-60fps and dont jump up n down as much as it did for me??

Test manipulado para favorecer a 3060 ti, quem prestar atençao vai perceber que a 3060 ti embora sendo mais forte ela esta em desvantagem contra a 3060 de 12gb, fica nitido ao ver que ele reduz a Qualidade das texturas para Medio e na 3060 ele deixa qualidade das textura no Muito alto. sabemos muito bem que se ele deixa na texturas Ultra o desempenho da 3060 ti cairia e a 3060 normal se igualaria, e sem contar os travamentos pois os 8 gb da TI causariam stuttering deixando o game muito menos fluido na 3060 ti vemos que os proximos anos 8gb vai começar a complicar
