So we did not land with a tail wind! Check the MFD compared to the PFD and you will see there is a bug displaying the correct wind data on the PFD. It was gusty but it was quartering crosswind from the right at 20 knots before swapping to the left just as we expected from the METAR!

Really enjoyed flying it into Key West the other day. My favorite place to fly the E175 is probably flying FDA around Japan with all that beautiful scenery
Something you have to watch out for in the real plane not sure if it’s modeled in this is if you start engine number 2 first while taxxing you won’t have brakes if you don’t also turn the system 1 hydraulics to on instead of auto. Also you want to try to allow the engines to be stable for 2 minutes after start before takeoff. Great video, loving the 175 content!
Just curious are you training to be a real world pilot as well. You said world flight 737 at 26:40. If that’s a sim airline have you been a commercial pilot before?
How do u get the pitch trim into the green before take off? When i try change mine it screams trim then reverts back to out of he green and back o the number it loadd with. I tried changing the weights etc where u select the plane but still didnt come right...any advice lol otherwise cool vids

Hello, beautiful plane, I hope that the FMC works correctly very soon, from what I see the flight plan does not give the altitudes of each point for ascent and descent, a great shame for the cost of this plane, hopefully soon It works, this video is the best I've seen on the Embraer, there aren't many, thank you very much for sharing, greetings from Mexico.
Jeff, If you had a engine failure or some other emergency in the game with your aircraft, would the flight attendants announce “Brace, Brace, Brace” in the audio?
BTW Jeff, the little dual arrow mouse problem when you're clicking switches is the missing GSX window. Click the GSX icon again and you won't have to find the sweet spot for some switches.
One of my favorite planes to work with as a ramp agent, it’s a amazing plane and the controls are simple making it very easy to train the ground crew how to brake ride the aircraft
EVERY video you do completely amazes me!!! It's astounding how great you are and in a way, just makes me want to stop flying in MSFS, ROFL!!! Just joking of course. Your videos are, without a doubt, the BEST I watch anywhere!! After watching so many, I realize you don't use the ATC in MSFS at all? You just plan your flights from Simbrief and go with it from there? Do you just use ATC when you fly in VATSIM??? Sorry for the questions, just extremely curious... Is there any way of recovering an FSX program? My sim is now asking me to register but I no longer have the box with the codes, I purchased the sim in 2009 14 years ago now, and I can't get into the sim. Any ideas or suggestions?
Looks like it was actually a headwind. Not sure why but the wind indications between the left and right displays are reversed: one shows a tailwind while the other shows headwind. Groundspeed indications confirm the headwind, however, with 125 GS over the numbers and 145 indicated. Seems odd that the two displays don't match. Great video, as always!
It’s so cool to see you taxi into my previous work lol. I used to work ramp at SAT. I was curious to see how accurate the parking is in the sim and it looked spot on for where you parked! American and Southwest share the alleyway then delta and everyone else on the A gates.
Aye Jeff what’s going on, had a quick question for you my friend. Is the FSS E-Jets series considered “good enough” or study level? I’ve been thinking of buying it.
That's pretty vague I mean if you are going to share knowledge you can be more clear about it. Did you even enjoy the video? I am not a type rated pilot with the E175.
Its actually called the FGP (flight guidance panel), crossbleeds are not always 40-45.. they are often less based on outside temperature, FMS speeds dont even work in this sim yet and takeoffs dont always have to be FMS speeds ( its good practice to do manual speed takeoffs)..... should probably check your facts before trying to correct someone.
In the real airplane, you wait for the yellow on the APU status to illuminate, and it will be solid. The FMS is missing a LOT of it's real life capabilities, and the VNAV capabilities as you mentioned. In fact, there is too much wrong with the model to list out. It LOOKS great, but it needs a LOT of work to align with the real airplane.
mine stutters on touch down like your also, and ive tried multiple things and none of them worked..... its so annoying that it ONLY stutters at touch downs

Start engine 1 first due to system logic. You can start engine two first but you want to make sure system 3A and hydraulic pump system 1 is turned to on not auto. Once engine 1 is started you can turn hydraulic system 1 pump back to auto
The FD on takeoff didn’t look like it was a bug. It wants you to climb because you’re going faster than the speed you bugged. And that climb rate is so high because you’re climbing at full toga power lol.
I love your flight videos! I also follow you and play Tower 3D and love it! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that their was no ATC and very few planes on the ground at either airport and none in the air. Did you just choose not to use it? Anyways loved the flight just a little bumpy going in. :) Thanks!
I will likely fly on the E-175 in July via American Eagle BHM to DFW to RAP. Haven't officially booked it yet, returning I'm looking at the Airbus A319 or A320. I've only flown once on a Southwest 737, but remember nothing from it as I was only 3. lol. It's funny because I love aviation and often watch LA Flights and Aviation Videos Live on RU-vid. It would be awesome if you would do a BHM flight although the graphics are not 100% accurate with the airport. The map and layout is accurate, but the tower is no where even close on the Xbox version at least. Unfortunately I don't have a computer that can handle flight sim.
