I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, Michael Alford is the best AD in college. He knows what he’s doing across the board. If we had him years ago he would’ve never hired Taggart.
Thank you AD Alford! We appreciate everything you have done to help FSU grow! It says a lot about you that you are willing to come on this channel to! Go Noles
Michael Alford is the best AD in College Football, period!! He definitely puts Florida State first, and is doing his absolute best to put FSU in position to be back to a championship caliber university now and in the future! Thank you for all that you do for Nole Nation, Mr. Alford!!
TJ, were you really sitting outside the location waiting to do the interview for Tavyon Wallace until he selected Arkansas? There is a photo floating around.
FSU has an amazing criminal justice major that no one else can match. Of course, having so many football alum and current players' arrest and parole records to study surely gives them an advantage.
How much would your SEC buy-in be? More that your ACC buyout? Would you ever recoup your outrageous losses. How much for the horse? Much wampum? Pitiful, begging. Miami holding it's head up high. Academically as well. Ask the Big 10.
Stadiums that change too much for more space an less people make a worse experience. Part of the experience is hearing the crowd roar an be loud an if it loses that I ain't going no matter what amenity you add
@@DoubleFriesNoSlaw That is the smartest thing you have said yet. No clickbait. Just truth. Wish you could present in this manner more often. I might even subscribe.
yeah, no contract has ever been re-negotiated mutually or challenged in court. we are true rogue renegades in this unprecedented act of insubordination
He said FSU's peers are the Alabama's, the Michigan's, the USC's, the Texas's, the Ohio State's of the world... all (.700) programs coincidentally, along with Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and Boise State. THE only metric that determines peerage amongst.(.700) programs is SRR( Scheduled Road Ratiing). SRR has nothing to do with wins or losses but it does indicate the rate your program is scheduling TRUE ROAD SCHEDULED GAMES or SCHEDULED Neutral site games against the above (.700) programs per decade. 1 POINT awarded per agreed scheduled game in the (.700) teams HOME stadium, 1/2 (.5)point is awarded per scheduled neutral sight game . Zero points are awarded per Bowl, Champ, unscheduled, or other type of REWARD exhibition , Beauty competition type contest. The sample period is the past 20 calender years averaged into the most contemporary decade. Clemson SRR is 1.5 FSU is only slightly better at 1,75...and this is mostly because they've played scheduled games in South bend.....NOT Tuscaloosa, the Big House, the SHOE, the Colesium, Norman, the Blue turf, or AUSTIN, where FSU has NEVER played a scheduled game.. the FACT is Clemson or FSU have never played TEXAS Longhorns ever , and Boise State is undefeated against the Seminoles. What the FSU Athletic Director cleverly did, was name off Oklahoma State's and Stanford's peers, because they have SRR's against those teams at 10 and 9.5, respectively . Notre Dame's SRR is 9.....these are the type of teams that have been actually scheduling and playing road games against FSU's so-called peers. It's also the core reason they haven't been ticking off 10 11 12 win seasons like clockwork... high SRR is challenging, and FSU hasn't been challenged except in reward bowls.
Never heard anything like that and I follow every major podcast. Not to mention it’s the networks that pay not the conference. No matter what FSU didn’t through all this trouble to join the Big 12.
Even if that were true (it's not) Id rather FSU take less money in the B1G than join a conference like the Big 12. In short, FSU as a brand is too good for a conference like the Big 12.
I keep hearing about FSU entertaining thoughts about the SEC. Now, I have nothing against the SEC any more than any other school; Im a Michigan grad and ambivalent. I find this realignment thing entertaining from a business perspective. I also reserve my hatred for something really evil; Disney/ESPN. Why anyone would choose to do business with Disney escapes me. They kicked you in the nuts, and now you ask for more?
