I’ve played division 1 hoops and I’ll tell you, if you come into conditioning and you not in conditioning shape yet , then conditioning is literally the worst experience you will ever have involved with a sport besides an injury. You have to do conditioning just so you can be prepared for conditioning
To me it started with the class of 2015. Everybody in the class of 2015 is making some serious noise. 2016, 2017(?), 2018!!! 2019....onward. These kids are changing the way basketball is played. Anybody notice how the 6"10 + players are playing the 1, 2, 3 and 5 these days?
slater1ist because they don't know the fundamentals. rarely do really tall players play guard in college or high school. I can only think of 2 in the nba right now and that's giannis and KD bitch ass. but yeah you get my point (hopefully)
I love the grind (is it easier or harder in such an Edenic environment though?). Hope you appreciated and enjoyed it! Nevertheless, if I hear (or say to the players) "slide" and I see someone jumping, always lifting up rear leg first and jumping towards the destination (I know that it saves energy), I might go berserk even more easily now. Peace and always have great preparations that will prevent poor performances!
Ohhh hell yeah it’s hard especially if you run incline. NBA players like Westbrook and Durant did conditioning drills at the Manhattan Beach sand dunes and mind ya those guys got wide lung capacity
