Just a short video for the time being! I've always been fond of the Garuda Indonesia colour scheme, particularly on their Boeing 747-400 aircraft, and the latest incarnation of the scheme is, in my mind, one of the most beautiful liveries I've seen for the 747. It's a shame Garuda doesn't fly to the UK, but that's the wonder of Flightsim!
This video features a Garuda Indonesia Boeing 747-400, landing in early morning at Melbourne Intl. Airport (YMML), and then we cut to later in the day to see it departing on its return leg to Jakarta. This an unusual sight at Melbourne, as the route is normally operated by an Airbus A330.
Aircraft, as credited in the video, is the wonderful PMDG 747-400, and of course the scenery is Melbourne v2 from FTX. As many of you will know, this scenery is absolutely incredible, and this video doesn't really do it justice (the focus here was the aircraft!) - more of this scenery will feature in future videos, so please stay tuned! :)
