Hey DankRC! It's me, Marc. That's an awesome Idea of making videos of your tuning experience! I will absolutely watch all your videos to this topic to see where I can optimize the guide. And regarding your sudden roll on full pitch. The problem here is a so called Highspeed stall. This is caused by pitching too strong and your angle of attack gets too steep. You can avoid that by lowering the servo throw in the mixer tab. Just reduce the values for pitch a bit and try again until it is fully stable on full pitch. Unfortunately I did not found a easier way to do that than trial and error. The second way to avoid it is by getting the plane more nose heavy but then you loose pitch speed. So better go for the first option. I'll add that into the guide somehow.
