Do you directly import the modeled files into Blender for animation and rendering?

@@DongDong-h3pI download the part’s CAD .step file from its source site like gobilda or Andy mark. Then I convert it from .step to .stl file format with an online converter because blender can’t read / import .step format. Then I setup lighting, materials, camera, settings and assembly of the robot all locally in Blender.
