I have considered the US for surgery but I have two disabled children and it just wouldn't be possible at the moment as an option, my home situation means the US just not a real option for me unfortunately. But I have looked at the UK surgeons and the surgeon I have chosen as much as he is unknown/less known his work look great and his mentor was one of UK best so I'm confident he'll do a good job. And means less disruption for my sons :D
