Good day sir... After I upgraded the firmware, I had encountered this problem.. On the HMI there's a warning.. "factorytalk diagnostics failed to load the message for factorytalk linx" When I downloaded a .MER file v10, the panel doesnt reboot on its own, which I find it odd. The rest, seem to work well. So far.. Thank you again for giving attention to this.. 😅
Hello Automation Master, how are you? I have an application on a Panel View Plus 700 HMI and I would like to transfer it to a Panel View Plus 600 HMI. But the image is not good. How do I fix this image? Thanks
@Wellington: I am not sure what “image” you mean? The only difference between 700 and 600 is the resolution. When you change the resolution from 700 to 600, you need to make sure the height and width ratio remains the same to keep all the HMI graphic from being stretched or distorted. You should uncheck the “Scale” box when it is prompted. You might have to manually do some graphic adjustments for some HMI objects to keep the ratio between the new HMI and old HMI the same. There are a lot of tricks in changing HMI properties from one to another. It’s hard for me to share all my experience here. The key is the ratio and scaling. Hopefully this helps.
