Ingredients
240-280 g Dark Chocolate (70% to 50% cocoa)
125g butter
1 cup+4tablespoon (300gr) sugar
(add 1 tablespoon more if you use brown sugar)
4 large eggs
1 packet of sugary vanillin or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup + 1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cocoa (its not necessary)
half a teaspoon of salt.
(sea salt would be the more sensible choice)
DO NOT COOK TOO MUCH. WE DON'T MAKE REGULAR CAKES. :))
