Clutches on these vans are a facking nightmare, gear boxes are shite too! I got lots of problems after 100 thousand, so who ever owns one get prepared to spend lots of money mine was from new 2016 model! Just for a new alternator its £700 Glow plugs fail too

Connect the lines and electrics BEFORE you put the filter into place. Saves you from having to feel the things in place instead of seeing what you're doing.

gary the nob you undone on the fuel filtet periodically just undo it a bit and let a drop out because water collects there great video as usual mate

Hi there I'm currently converting my 2015 vivaro same model as yours into a camper and noticed in this vivaro that the grey connector is very similar to the tee piece connector from a diesel heater can I just plug it into the out let and run it to the diesel heater pump?

Nice video!…just remember that cats are attracted to antifreeze but it is poisonous to them so always flush any spillage away..

We always change fuel filter it should always be changed when you do a full service

Well I didn’t know changing a fuel filter was that involved! really shocked me, I won’t moan next time I get a service, it’s quite involved isn’t it. Great tutorial Gary

On my Mazda BT 50 I added a second fuel filter, a CAV 296, gives the genuine filter a much longer life. 👍

Gaza Like the video that was a nice straight forward job with no bolts rusted on which makes a change are you going to do a new cam belt change that would be a good video Phil in stoke
