Rodar o motor no sentido de rotação até o ressalto fundido (1) apontar para cima na árvore de cames de admissão. Indicação: O ressalto fundido (1) na árvore de cames de admissão aponta para cima na ignição PMS do cilindro 1 na imagem que mostra o vídeo esta a apontar ligeiramente para dentro e nao me parece que seja o dito ressalto fundido

Hola espero me pueda ayudar, tengo un bmw e46 320d 1999, la bomba murio. La desinstale pero nunca puse el pin de sincronizacion (desconocia). Despues de 7 meses consegui otra bomba por Ebay , la instale pero no enciende, llega combustible a los inyectores pero no enciende asi que de debe ser problema de sincronizacion. Como haria para sincronizarla?. Lamentablemente en mi ciudad nadie queria meter mano y el unico taller especializado esta a 500 km de distancia.

you have to send it for calibration first, even if its 2nd hand, they will test it for you as well, then just install it, and make sure before you install, your engine has to be on timing

Do you need to make some settings from the obd, if you change the injection pump? Like, if i have another pump, i have to set up the pump computer with the car's computer? Thank you.
I have 2 codes from a bosch tester, says, 67 (command injection pump) and 70( device command injdction pump), the mechanic that put the computer, he didn't said if he tried to delete them, but i'll talk with him, thank you.

@@alexandrusisestean8579 Cea mai frecventă problemă este în electronica pompei în sine, există cabluri panglică în interior care nu durează mult, pot fi reparate, dar cât timp veți petrece după aceea nu vă oferă o garanție mai mare de 6 luni.
Hey, when i timing a vp44 on car i put with comparator 0.90 (thats write on pump) Then block then i put engine in TDC. But when tighten the bolt on pump the measure on the comparator moves. and when I check again if the pump is in timing it is not correct. What to do
Hello there, the first thing you had to do is to put the engine on timing, and lock it with the special pin. Then you have to free some space to reach the locking bolt on the pump and remove the spacer then tight the bolt.
yes.. I remove it myself from the donor car.. I made it on timing secure it and then remove it... before ai remove the old one I did the same .. engine on timing
@@bmw625 meni se desava kada nastimam na 0.90 u mo. Slucaju da kad pritegnem lancanik pomakne se faza na pumpi. Dal ide ovako da se namjesti pumpa zablokira i pri montazi se stegne lancanik na 15Nm te se pumpa odblokira i nakraju se stegne lancanik na 110Nm
@@valcic1993tako je jer ti pumpu kad stavljas na auto moras stavit blokiranu i u fazi a blokira se tako sto se vijak na pumpi zavrne te osiguras da se osovina ne pomjera. Nakon toga pumpu nabijes nazad i odblokiras tek kad si ju stegnio na zupčanik. Obavezno je prije postavljanja bitno da ti je bregasta postavljena prva na paljenje a to ćeš vidit kroz čep od ulja, te također blokiras motor kod alnasera. Nakon toga ako si sve dobro odradio pališ i odvrnes dizne dok verglas kad protera gorivo kroz dizne zavrces ju i to sve dok verglas.
