Hydrogen gas has gained importance as an alternative clean fuel especially in recent years. GAZ-LAB offers on-site production solutions for every application where there is a need for hydrogen.
On-site production of hydrogen is possible by the following methods:
Electrolysis hydrogen generator (principle of separation of water)
Steam reformer hydrogen generator (steam assisted generation from LPG, naphtha or natural gas)
Methanol hydrogen generators
Protective gas (H2 and N2) generators (protective gas generators HN)
EXO-gas generators (H2, CO, CO2 generators)
Hydrogen generators that decompose ammonia (ammonia cracking)
ENDO-gas generators (H2, CO generators)
Hydrogen production by PEM electrolysis method is provided at capacities between 5 Nm3/h and 160 Nm3/h. Production purity is greater than 99.9% for hydrogen, the main product, and oxygen, the by-product. Beyond that, reaching very high purity levels of 99.999% is easily possible with additional purifiers.
Steam reformer generators are the most economical generators used today. Capacities start from 40 Nm3/h and can go up to 10,000 Nm3/h. Purity can be adjusted from 99.9% to 99.999%. The product pressure, which is normally 10 to 30 bar(g), can be increased up to 250 bar(g) when required
