Unless mentioned specifically otherwise, it will be at WOT. Looks like 3rd gear too which will be the closest to a 1:1 ratio in this vehicle, although for most it is actually more commonly 4th gear when it is a manual box - Taz.
We have MoTeC specific content yes. You are better looking at the free lessons series that applies to standalones rather than this reflashing one though as reflash tuning is when you use the factory ECU so the process is different to when you use a MoTeC or similar - Taz. www.hpacademy.com/free-tuning-lessons?
