But it's tedious though... since you have to be actively looking at it. I just dump fuel on my small furnace array for my base... So while that is cooking, I just make more redstone components... (Especially those dispensers... Which I'm glad will be easier to make even with a now slower autocrafter)

For start i do istantly wooden pickaxe and get stone and do all my gears in stone

I would use my wooden tools until they're at durability of 1 (or close to it), THEN use them as furnace fuel. Saved me some wood in survival ... and probably decreased deforestation, lol

@@MATT_THE_PROTOGEN_1987 No, you won t lose the bucket, it only consumes the lava that's in it. I m pretty sure it smelts 100 items, idk. Use a blast furnace if you re smelting raw ores (not ore blocks.) or a smoker if you're cooking raw food.

What i meant to say is everyone, when starting AND NOT HAVING IRON (and no bucket) got rid of the now useless wooden tools by smelting them. We had coal, which was better, but that way we could get rid of the trash more efficiently.
