Heerlijke badplaats aan de altijd zonnige Costa del sol. Wij gaan elk jaar een maandje in de winter. Het weer is dan nog heerlijk, het is minder druk en goedkoper. Bijna alles is ook in de winter gewoon open. Wij hebben voor de komende winter alweer geboekt voor november. We verheugen ons er nu al op! Wonderful seaside resort on the always sunny Costa del Sol. We go every year for a month in the winter. The weather is still lovely, it is less busy and cheaper. Almost everything is open even in winter. We have already booked for November for next winter. We are already looking forward to it! Maravilloso balneario en la siempre soleada Costa del Sol. Vamos todos los años durante un mes en invierno. El clima sigue siendo agradable, hay menos gente y es más barato. Casi todo está abierto incluso en invierno. Ya hemos reservado para noviembre para el próximo invierno. ¡Ya lo estamos esperando!

Just returned from Fuengirola. Place is ruined by giant hornets that weren't there five years before. They are everywhere. At the pool, beach, outside restaurants. It's like a horror film. Also, know that public buildings can no longer turn up their air con so it's below 27c in public areas, so all hotels, etc are boiling hot during the day apart from your private room. Total affront to tourists.
