We stayed in corralejo beach last month and our room had recently been renovated and was huge.the corridors are a bit rough, the pool is nice and quiet. Staff were lovely.
Mr jock , I vaguely remember this place , thanks for the tip off , ye reet like , once ye get in there’s always a good chance you will get food and cocktails.
Well Mr Jock half way through my Baobab suites holiday and absolutely fantastic accommodation and staff , just spent 3 hours in the jacuzzi drinking and enjoying the fantastic views .
Only been to Corelejo once. Bizarrely, it was for one afternoon 30 years ago while on my honeymoon in Lanzerote. Took the ferry over from Playa something? At that time, there were very few flights to Fueretaventura from Uk. Def. none from Scotland and none of the people/bars spoke English. Great to see it again after all those years, albeit that Main Street just didn’t exist. Most of the Town was the area around the harbour in your opening sequence. Thanks for posting.
In Costa Del Sol etc in Spain the ex-pats got on Ryanair flights back to the U.K. to vote Brexit so “we could take back control” and then found they could not stay in Spain more than 90 days at a time so had to sell up and come back to the U.K. Brexit - if something sounds to good to be true like, “there are no downsides to Brexit” it’s not true. Good to know Fuert is still going strong unlike the exacerbated shrinking of the U.K. economy that is Brexit. Spent 2 weeks there -brilliant.

Liking all the videos and pricing is important. However having visited all the four main canaries it's Tenerife every time for me now. Subjective I know.
In Correlejo on the beach there is a bar called Waikiki. It has the most amazing Bacon and Chicken, Cheese☺ Sandwich with Chips ! Ooh Blooming Gorgeous ! Maybe a Heart attack on a plate but the Best meal I've had on this Beautiful Island ! 😎
Was there a few yrs back and I would love to have a place there to go to when I wanted really liked the place and very clean place lovely food I’m definitely going back sometime

We went to fuerteventura Morro jable not so commercialised as this place, more sedate, but WOW! The beach was stunning compared to the one in this film which looks muddy
We were there last week and the week before. The bar on the front has closed down during covid (Bankrupt) as did the hotel we used to stay at. Best time for Main Street is after dark. Beautiful square down old town with a live bank most evenings. Love the place. We’ve been a few times and will be back first 2weeks of December in2023
If you do get to Caleta De Fuste Check out the Smokehouse. They have Entertainment Every Day and night and look out on the Whats's on Board at the front for when Neil and Katy are on.... They are Fabulous ! 😁 Should check out Pieros too always good nights in there 😎
I went to Uga Uga a few times when I was there in October and the food is fab and so are the cocktails. Even better I was staying just above in the Corralejo Beach Hotel apartments. Very lazy of me :)
Just returned from Lanzarote, stayed at Puerto Del Carmen, cheap flights and apartment, but food and drink was a right rip off. Thanks for posting your review, We will go to Fuerteventura next winter.
