Loosen up your grip. You only need to press hard enough for the strings to ring clear. Electrics require very little pressure and until you figure it out your going to be dealing with fatigue your whole life.
I think Sinatra Cann is talking about the picking hand aching after all the fast palm-muted downpicking, not fatigue on the fretting hand. I can relate, I definitely can't down pick this fast for longer than a few bars
