Fuji LCR Check Function 

The LCR Check function measures the LCR of the first part in a new reel or the first part after the joint on spliced tape. This function checks whether correct parts are set or not by measuring
inductance (H) for an inductor, capacitance (F) for a capacitor, and resistance (Ω) for a resistor.
