FINALLY!!!!!!!! I love the wrist strap because since the camera is compact, it just feels natural to let go of your camera and let it dangle or swing because it is that secured. The small rig, if you are a full time vlogger, you'll definitely need it. Not only to place your mic but led lights as well. Keep it up MIK!!!!!!!!
I just ordered an xe4 and your videos are invaluable. I just ordered the wrist strap and a slide strap for a bigger camera! I hope you get paid well by Peak Design :-)
How do you charge so many batteries? Fujifilm charger or through the camera or third-party charger? Have tried third-party batteries too? Maybe you don't need them as you have few original ones and also dummy battery
Thanks for this! Just got the X-S10. Now I don't need to do too much research haha. The wrist strap is a need. Using a Wii mote wrist strap at the moment and I feel like it's gonna break off anytime
Hi Bianca, thanks for these review of the X-E4. I was wondering if the shutter buttons come with the body or you have to buy them separately. I actually just order my X-E4 after watching your review of it (so thanks for that). It's on its way, but just wanted to know what accessories to buy (and I'm probably going to get them all😅).
Just bought xe4 last week. I have concern about heating up of camera bottom within 3-4 minutes of clicking in ES shutter. Is it me or it is normal with xe4?
I don't shoot video. I only shoot still photo using hand. Does smallrig cage can be convinient to use only for considering additional protection and handgrip for my cam?
I love my X-E4!! I am confused about the battery thing. When I use my camera as a WebCam, I connect it to my laptop (via the camera’s USB-C port), which also keeps the camera charged. Is there a reason why I would be better off with the dummy battery? Thank you!
You don’t need to add a flimsy tripod plate to the cage base you just slide the Arca bevels on the cage base and sides into an Arca tripod mount. That is the whole point of the rigid cage!
Yayyy! Great choice! You will not be disappointed ☺️ I currently use the Moment Rugged Camera Sling (6L). I highly recommend it if you want to keep everything small and light ☺️
Waitttt.... Aren't those small rig cage bottom are standard (arca style) dove tail size for most of ball head quick release plate, why add more quick release plate to the cage? Unless you are using old style manfrotto mono/tripod or peak design tripod the quick release plate are different.
Just an observation. I just made purchase of the cage after seeing your video. I wanted to know how it will look and since camera is also black, there was some darkness in the video when close up of camera is shown. It looks good as video but when I wanted to zoom in and see details, I felt it harder to see
What is that ‘classic film look’ that people talk about with the Fuji X-Trans sensor cameras? I’m hearing this said often almost as though it’s accepted everybody know what it’s supposed to mean. Is it that X-Trans files are a bit more muted natively and display less detail ? I used reversal and negative film for 15 yrs in SLRs until I went digital 17 yrs ago and while I still shoot film occasionally, my Lightroom library of digital photos is all about the best quality raw files I can process in my digital darkroom. I’ve recently purchased an X-E4 as my first Fuji based not only on its size and weight for street and discrete but partly because of Fuji marketing of the X-Trans as something special and Fuji user’s enthusiasm. I’m just starting to think it’s not something really special, just marketing…
Hi! nice videos but you should put more light on your face and stuff that you show because it's realy dark...and we don't see any details, it's quite dark in my humble opinion :-) have a nice day!
